Registration Open for “Efface the Traces! Modernism and Influence”

FaceRegistration is now open for this international conference, which will develop and share new work on modernism and cultural influence. The draft programme is also available.

“Efface the Traces!” Modernism and Influence will bring together leading academic and postgraduate researchers from across the world. The conference – which is proudly sponsored by Routledge – will serve as an international forum through which to share new work on cultural modernism.

There will be over 50 papers by international researchers, charting the emergence of modernism from the nineteenth century, and following up the legacies of modernism on late twentieth century writers, philosophers and artists. The conference will feature three plenary speakers who are leading figures in contemporary modernist studies: Dr Marina MacKay (Durham University), and Dr Matthew Bevis and Dr Ankhi Mukherjee (both University of Oxford).

The conference runs from 9.30 on 9th April through to 5.00 on 11th April. The deadline for registration is Monday 23rd March.
